Anne started in law when she was still a teenager. Anne has previously worked with Melissa and Karen at Fox Mildwaters prior to the merge to Fox Taylor Mildwaters in 2014, in fact, Anne had worked at the firm for 32 years and saw the merge from Fox and Fox to Fox Mildwaters and subsequently to Fox Taylor Mildwaters in 2014.
No matter how busy you are, you can always count on Anne to reach out and offer assistance and reduce everyone’s workload. Anne is proactive, a team player and always willing to help. Not only does she assist every staff member in the office at regular intervals, but she also attends to reception on the days Ann-Maree is not working. We all know how disruptive a constant telephone can be, but Anne manages it with ease and also completes a large volume of work.
It’s a testament to Anne’s capabilities that she can balance work from different practitioners with different styles and requirements with constant interruptions and still maintain a positive can-do attitude.
Anne primarily assists with Wills, Estate planning, Testamentary Trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directives, leasing, Deceased Estates, Family Law and the overflow of work from all staff. Anne is hardworking and dedicated and a valued member of our team.
Away from the office, Anne is married with two super smart children. Anne’s husband has his own landscaping business and her children have both completed degrees in fields of law. Anne’s daughter Chloe is a law graduate and was a valuable member of our team before spreading her wings in Brisbane. Anne’s son Rhys has followed a career in justice working with rehabilitation of prisoners.
Relaxation for Anne involves spending time with her family and mountain climbing, and just in case she isn’t busy enough, Anne also moonlights one day a week as a daycare Educator.
